you have got to be kidding me

​Sooooo….now we need a new roof. God: You can stop testing us now.
John mowed the lawn recently and noticed bits of tar paper here and there. Walked around the roof all was ok where he could see. He went down to the river and then looked at the roof from far way. Saw a huge section of roof destroyed. We have had lots of thunderstorms with +50 mph winds in April. Must have been a microburst landing on the roof. No wonder the civil defense sirens were going off so many times . Dammit!! They don’t make our interlocking shingles anymore interesting has to go. Omg. STOP. This is insanity
