whoopsie! I thought this carafe was the wine glass!

Sitting on the veranda at Frankies Italian Kitchen in Vancouver, BC having amazing wine and pasta on a beautiful evening, while looking at all the pedestrians and surroundings  was amazing. A birthday dinner I will never forget for two reasons: 1) it was in Vancouver on a beautiful night, delicious food, phenomenal weather and amazing company  and 2) Cap'n John sitting across from me, pouring the remaining Pinot Noir out of the carafe and into his wine glass...mid pour...accidentally bringing the carafe to his lips and then discovering "OMG! This is the carafe! Not the wine glass! My'Bad!"
