Well, I guess the challenges will continue into 2026

As we were driving toward Memphis to pick up the RV from Fernando at the Freightliner Oasis, John notices the humidity sensor in the crawlspace in the Michigan house starts to show the humidity has been rising steadily today.  We call Michelle and she and the boys zoom over to the house to confirm ankle high water on the floor in the crawlspace.  He instructs her to shut off the main water supply  and the power to the furnace.  We call Meridian heating and cooling (the one's who never came back) and they sent two crews over stat.  They went to town! Brought crews and trucks! I imagine this song as they pull in:

It's all fixed.  Chelle kept a close eye on them.  All is well. AND a zero $$ invoice.
