weight violation! hair pin turn! people crossing over the middle lines!

Traveling through the Laramie State Park area just south of Bellingham, WA brought the craziest challenge for Cap'n John yet!  Hair pin turns, super narrow roads, no shoulder, drop offs of thousands of feet and then to be heading straight toward a 90 degree left turn that immediately presented him with an incredibly narrow bridge, a distracted driver who had a near miss with our tow vehicle and then the icing on the cake was when our super trick RV specific Garmin yells at John "RV WEIGHT VIOLATION" with no place to turn around.  We then see a sign that say maximum weight 18,000 pounds.

I vote "power through!" and Cap'n John reminded me..."uh, what if there's a bridge that can't support our 32,000 pound vehicle ahead?"  Oh snap.. We'll there's that then.  So, we disconnect the Honda, Marla and I head north while Cap'n John back and forths the forty foot RV across narrow lanes while oncoming drivers decide they can probably just slip through that little spot, making him stop again and wait in mid lanes to continue the back and forths to get back down the mountain.  Thanks Garmin!

Here is the moment, captured in real time.  Please note the oncoming drivers and how attentive they are to our giant vehicle on this hairpin turn and narrow roads.
