this little lady

Piper is all about FOMO.  She has to be the first to get her harness on, the first out the door, the first in the car.  She's all about the first in line on our nature hikes until she hears something she does not like. Then, she's sled dog Piper and turns around on a dime and motors back to the car.  Like with authority.  If we try to coax her to go on further, she will slip her harness and run back to the car.  Dang gurl!
