still no furnace

WORST repair company EVER.  Name and website to follow after repairs are completed.  Tech came out Christmas Eve morning after John calling the day before for "priority triage" that comes with the advantage membership he paid for.  So, when he came out, we were already on day 2.  

He comes out, says he has to order parts. Probably won't be in on Friday but will let us know. 

Friday comes and goes, no calls, texts or emails. 

Monday no calls, texts or emails.  John calls in the am.  Is told they will reach out to the tech and he will let John know what to expect today.  No calls, texts or emails.  John calls at end of day.  Is told "the parts are supposed to be here tomorrow. IF they arrive the tech SHOULD be out tomorrow to fix the furnace." 

We have had our propane fireplace going 24/7 since 12/23.  It's been bitter cold, we have high wind warnings and power outages.   

Does the company EVER check on us? NO.  Does anyone from the company call with status updates? NO. 

OMG I am at my wit's end.   If it isn't repaired by tomorrow-ONE WEEK FROM DISPATCH, I'm going scorched earth.
