Winter storm Grayson left about five inches of snow here in Charleston.  The clinics at MUSC hospital have been closed for 2 days the airport closed for 3 days, and probably again tomorrow.  Yesterday, Cap'n John and Marla Truex Jr. went out on the roads to see what the city had been doing to clear the roads and found them essentially untouched.  He decided to go again today at lunchtime with all of us.  The road out of our campground and on to  Highway 461 there was about 2-3 inches of solid ice.  No matter where we went, it was the same.  Solid ice roads, just like on "Ice Road Truckers" on the History channel.  I found tonight at 5 if the clinics are open tomorrow.  People drove way to fast and as a result, we saw them spinning out of control or already spun out into ditches and each other.
