RIP The Colonel

The Mead KOA lost a brave soldier today. The Colonel, the horse who lived in the pasture behind the Mead's grounds, died.  Marla loved walking around his pasture near where he was standing as if to say "Hey there! I'm just chillin! Nice to meet you old man!" We always made sure we had plenty of carrots and apples for him every day. Melissa and Jason talked to him all the time and made sure he knew if he needed anything, they would do whatever he needed.  He never complained and was a very peaceful and inquisitive fellow.  We will all miss him.
