Quiet hours?

Upon check in to a campground a set of rules is exchanged from the host. One of the first rules is most often a mandatory "quiet time" with designated hours. This campground's quiet time is from 10pm to 8am.  However, every single morning promptly at 6am come the waste management crew.  SLAM! the dumpster, LIFT! the dumpster, SHAKE! the dumpster, DROP! the dumpster, then BANG! the dumpster.  COMPACT! the trash in the truck. BACK! the truck up with the back up warning alert.  The workers DRAGGING ACROSS THE CONCRETE! dumpsters back and forth.  Go the dumpster in the same storage area and REPEAT.  SLAM! LIFT! SHAKE! DROP! BANG! COMPACT! BACK UP! DRAG!
