Mother of the year is now neighbor of the year

Mother of the year keeps to herself.  Practically dives into the camper as soon as she parks her truck. Leaves the kids outside for hours, youngest a toddler in diapers. Anyhow,  she must have come home while we were out and when we pulled in we saw this disaster.  Apparently, she decided it was time to empty the black water holding tank.  There is a large sewer hose with a interlocking cuff that must be screwed in tight before releasing the handle to empty the black water tank so the contents will go into the sewer hose and then down into the sewer.  John figures she didn't interlock the coupling and when she released the valve, the pressure popped the interlocking cuff and hose off the camper and all the weeks worth of poo and pee exploded out of the campers tank, through the opening, down the side of the camper and into a very gross and smelly puddle of grossness next to our camper.  I zoomed to the nearest hardware store and immediately bought 5 bags of kitty litter.  John and I were emptying those litter bags as fast as we could.  The campground ranger came by about 30 mintues later to help clean up.  All this time, Mother of the year NEVER CAME OUT OF HER CAMPER! There is no way she could not have smelled the stench coming from her camper nor could she have not seen us flailing kitty litter around the spill and under her camper.
