45 miles of back to back to back hair pin turns.  Fun if you have a race car or motorcycle.  Not if you are driving a massive RV towing a car and 2 bikes.

Now, make sure you have this visual: you are driving a 40 foot long RV with 18 feet of towing  baggage.  Every turn you are about to make is a blind one.  Meaning, you cannot see around the corner.

The corners are so tight that you have to drive about 1/2 the length of the RV directly into the oncoming lane to get the RV and tow vehicle around the corner.  There were literally hair pin turns every quarter mile for 45 MILES.   Here is a small sample of what Cap'n John had to deal with for 45 MILES.  Did I mention it was 45 MILES LONG?  Even if we wanted to turn around, we could not. There is no place to turn around and once you drive on this section of the road, you are committed.  We passed RV's in the pull offs slamming shots to muster up their courage to continue.  NO JOKE.
