Michigan trees vs florida trees

John loves Florida, the heat, the palm trees, the everything.  Me not so much.  It always seemed soooooooooooo hottttttttttttttt all the time.  Here in Michigan we have had 90 degree heat and it doesn't seem like it all.  Why? Because Florida trees "Palm trees" are rude.  They grow way to high and could care less about providing any shade and just drop their massive palm fronds at random all over Florida. They weigh like 25 pounds a frond. Michigan trees are like "Oh, here comes a human, allow me to drop my canopy just above their heads to make sure they are completely surrounded by my glorious shade." Palm trees are just plain rude and selfish.
