life is too short

Fernando in Freightliner says he will not have a definitive answer as to whether to give our RV it's last rites or if we can throw $25000+ at it to get us back to Williamston.  But, he says "it's Thanksgiving at we won't get to it until next week...." 

Being that we will be without our home for at least a week we empty the RV of all it's perishable goods and give it the sign of the cross.  We head out with the Jeep.  The passenger side seat belt will not lock into the clicker.  So, I sit in the back like I'm in an Uber.  Then, WHACK.  The windshield gets a crack from a rock on I 55.  Bah!

We decide to go to New Orleans for the week. There's literally nothing we can do for a week on the RV. Might as well just bust a move.  Off to NOLA
