The opposite of helicopter parents: We could not wait to bust out of this campground. This wee little camper had three kids and a giant mastiff. At any given time, one could see the smallest child zipping around at top speed on an electric skooter that his arms could barely reach the handlebars; the tiniest girl taking the 200 pound mastiff for a walk while it frequently yanks itself off the lead; and a kid about 7 years old whacking tiny logs with a giant axe while holding the log up at the top! Wow. ​
