laundromat riot

One of the disadvantages of living in an RV is that one's washer space is limited.  John has decided we need to have our kitchen rugs washed. So, John's arm all bandaged and splinted up, we find the nearest laundromat.  We get out of the car and notice a woman with bleach blonde scraggly hair leaning on her laundry basket on wheels. She is out of breath and in pretty rough shape.  Someone who was outside of the entrance held the door open for her and we went in right immediately after her.

We walked around the inside of the laundromat and noticed every single machine was in use.  We out paced the battle axe by four steps to her one.  We lapped the entire joint and found a man who had just a few minutes on his cycle to go.  John asks, how much longer? The guy says just a few minutes so we stood behind him to stake our washer.
Only to see old lightning the battle axe flank us on our left! She came at us at top speed from the aisle down on the left.  Weezing and gesturing "THAT IS MY WASHER! I CLAIMED IT A LONG TIME AGO!" To which John replied "Are you kidding me? We came in here right behind you lady!"  She did not care "THAT ONE IS MINE AND THIS ONE OVER HERE TOO!" She was clearly not going to compromise.  It was like we poked a skunk! We both looked at her crazed expression and realized either she was going come out swinging or have a banger right there. We looked at each other and said "Let's go!" But not before John yelled at her "GO BACK TO NEW JERSEY!" and off we went.
