John: man or myth?

Can I get a Hallelujah? The estimator and the roofing company came this morning. No microburst did the damage. It was a critter furuiously scraping the shingles here and there to get in the attic. Estimator says "we don't cover critters" and the roofer says "we don't make those shingles anymore." Meaning=we pay for a new roof to the tune of $29,999 or so. John confirms the only damage was on the shingles from the roofer and the estimator. After they leave to write up their exorbitant estimates, John finds a third of a square of our old shingles in the shed. Captain Miraculous goes up there, knee pads and all, takes off the damaged shingles and fashions them into pieces parts along with the found shingles and VOILA! Three hours later, the roof looks amazing. John 1 Insurance 0. OMG he is a super hero. As such, please enroll your teens in the trades!
