Today we are in Virginia Beach, VA. Another beautiful day and beautiful RV park. However, on the way here, our super reliable, uber expensive, fancy, smokin' hot RV navigation system insisted John take the massive RV down this wee little narrow route for about 15 miles. It was all corkscrews and blind corners and seemed as wide as the Rings of Kerry road in Ireland. Chelle will remember what that was like! We emerged unscathed, thanks to John and had a relaxing rest of the trip to Virginia Beach. We are convinced this navigation system enjoys messing with John. At any rate, we chose the Holiday Trav L park (www.campingvb.com/) to spend the night and it has been interesting already! Here is a review we read before picking the campground "It is nearly impossible to watch TV or talk to someone because the noise from the military jets that fly over constantly is deafening. Fortunately, we were just passing through the area and only stayed one night." They exaggerated, but you get the idea! Seems like once very hour some impressive fighter jet or helicopter buzzes the campground!
