fight club or senior apartment facility?

So this old lady tells me she has to move to a new senior apartment. I asked her what's up. She said there is not assigned seating in the dining room, but some residents insist on having the same seat. Well, one day last week a new guy sat down and started eating. A long-term resident comes over and says, "That's my seat," and beats the crap out of him. The police had to be called. She was frightened for her life.
