Devil tooth

You may remember John posting about seeing the University of Colorado Dental Urgent care visit where they said he didn't need a root canal but needed a lobotomy instead? Turns out, he did have a major tooth problem and they missed it.  Nearly 7 weeks later and 3 more dental practictioners (Dentist, Endodontist, Dentist) the new providers said absolutely abscess with a tooth fracture. Since early MAY he has been suffering with this.  He was referred to have a root canal and the endo dontist said hard stop. You gotta lose that tooth buddy.  So, next day at 3pm on a Friday before a long holiday weekend, he sees the per diem dentist at the practice who tries with four vials of lidocaine and all his might to pull that tooth and it won't budge.  John got beat up pretty bad there.  Now, he has to take a week of anti biotics and then try it all over again next week.  That dentist was like standing on him, pulling with the strength of superman and it would not come out.  Please send him your good vibes they can get it out with out oral surgery.
