95, 120, 125, 115

Today we hiked Haystack Mountain in Norfolk, CT.  It was a gloomy rainy day but a great day to be under the forest canopy enjoying the beautiful scenery.  We decided that we must be old as at regular intervals up the mountain, we found ourselves announcing our current heart rates off our I watches! 95! 120! 125! 115! Lol.  Anyhow, we did find an active bee hive, so that was fun ha ha.  Also, I was so happy to feel, smell, and see the change of season up on us.  Living in Florida for three years it becomes disorienting not having that gentle nudge of nature to let you know what time of year it is like it is up north.
