At the gate they wanted $17 per adult and then said the dogs were not allowed at dog park without a monthly membership! John put it in reverse and burned out!

Last time we were, we had Reed the dog who was probably about 14 or 15 and he insisted on busting the chops of a giant St. Bernard at Chaplin dog park. This time, no one was there but us!

The last time we were here, Marla had old man Reed to buddy along with. He loved going off the leash and loved exploring!

This wee little camper had three kids and a giant mastiff. At any given time, one could see the smallest child zipping around at top speed on an electric skooter that his arms could barely reach the handlebars; the tiniest girl taking the 200 pound mastiff for a walk while it frequently yanks itself off the lead; and a kid about 7 years old whacking tiny logs with a giant axe while holding the log up at the top! Wow.

John has no issue with them whatsoever which is a line neither one of us will cross as far as love for this state. We took the pups on a quick 1/2 mile loop walk in the Inlet State Park. John is la la la isn't this so nice? Meanwhile, a few steps in the rear of the procession, I have taken my hat off and am agressively swatting off a swarm of blood thirsty mosquitoes that are going up my nose, under my sunglasses and in my eyes, rabidly biting my legs, my arms, neck, forehead, fingers, knees, abdomen, back and in my ears. I burned off 2500 calories just swatting and flailing. John was unfazed by any insects. As we approached the car, he did notice "wow, looks like you brought them to the car with you too!" Jesus, Mary and Joseph. I am OVER this state.

He puts her up on a picnic table and makes her all fresh and new. Well, Piper has been feeling FOMO so the last few times, I picked her up, put her next to Marla on the picnic table and "groomed" her with a spare attachment from the electric razor. She stands at attention like she's at the Westminster Dog Show. I truly think she thinks she's getting a 4 star grooming lol.

Transfering the contents of one RV to another. Languishing in the dealership for 8 hours while they try to shake us down lol. John just whipped this baby into the spot like a boss. We've been in this spot with our black RV for a month. The neighbor comes out and says "Did you just polish your rig?" lol. Ah, no. It's a different one entirely Jerry.
